My goal

My GOAL is to make people flourish in the context and areas in which they are performing their best even when the boat is shaking for instance during life changes, acquisitions, restructuring, downsizing, digitalisation, and organisational changes.


Vision

For me, people are like flowers when they have water and good conditions they flourish and shine beautifully. Like people - when we are in a positive environment, we use our strengths being our natural self. When flowers have no water, they dry out. A parallel can be made to human beings. My first experience on this was when I was a young student working in a department store - there I experienced what it meant to have a superior who was able to support and coach. However, I also experienced the opposite and the close link between motivation and engagement - both in a positive and a negative way. This created my interest in people, human resources, and behaviour. My vision and passion are to help people to flourish and shine. To help them identify their inner strength, motivation, and engagement.


Purpose

My PURPOSE is to act as coach, consultant, and sparring partner to individuals, leaders, and organisations. I offer a range of professional services within the area of organisational, leadership and people development and transformation.


Focus

My FOCUS is two-folded:

  • For the organisation, to improve the quality of management and collaboration within the organisation. I facilitate teamwork and networking. This increase performance and reduce staff turnover, absenteeism, and sickness.
  • For the individual, to create clarity about strengths, career choices, and priorities for the people I support. I facilitate the right fit for the right job and via that increase performance, well- being, motivation, and engagement of the individual employee.

Mission

My MISSION is to help people and organisations access their gifts so they can thrive to their full potential. The industries are different, the function and passion are always the same: To make people flourish in the context and areas in which they are performing their best.


Values

When dealing with people, I use my personal VALUES combined with the classic virtues - diligence, mutual respect, honesty, teamwork, and professionalism - all of which are important elements in my relationship with another person(s). I also build on the EMCC Code of Ethics in areas such as integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct. My personal values as my guiding principle in life and the EMCC Global Code of Ethics The Global Code of Ethics are my guiding principle in my coaching and consulting practice.
